Instructions
- Mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Roll mixture into small balls and coat with graham cracker crumbs.
- Place truffles in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 350°F for 5 minutes.
- Drizzle with melted white chocolate.
- Let cool before serving.
