Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Divide batter into greased muffin cups, filling halfway.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Mix melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon for the topping.
- Brush muffins with the topping while warm.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
