Description

Easy and delicious pumpkin muffins made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Mix pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, and egg in a bowl.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir until combined.
  4. Pour batter into muffin cups, filling each halfway.
  5. Place muffin cups in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.
