Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crust
  • Whipped cream (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add egg and evaporated milk, whisk until smooth.
  4. Unroll pie crust and cut into small circles using a cookie cutter.
  5. Press each circle into a greased mini muffin tin or silicone molds.
  6. Fill each crust with pumpkin mixture, leaving a little space at the top.
  7. Place the muffin tin in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Let cool before removing from the molds.
  9. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
