- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 package refrigerated pie crust
- Whipped cream (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add egg and evaporated milk, whisk until smooth.
- Unroll pie crust and cut into small circles using a cookie cutter.
- Press each circle into a greased mini muffin tin or silicone molds.
- Fill each crust with pumpkin mixture, leaving a little space at the top.
- Place the muffin tin in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before removing from the molds.
- Serve with whipped cream if desired.
