- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread pumpkin puree evenly over the pastry.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice on top.
- Fold the pastry in half and cut into 1-inch strips.
- Twist each strip and place in the air fryer basket.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle granulated sugar on top.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
