  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread pumpkin puree evenly over the pastry.
  4. Sprinkle brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice on top.
  5. Fold the pastry in half and cut into 1-inch strips.
  6. Twist each strip and place in the air fryer basket.
  7. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle granulated sugar on top.
  8. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
