Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin spice in a bowl.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into a preheated waffle iron and cook until golden.
- Cut waffles into strips.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish.
- Coat waffle strips in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place coated strips in the air fryer basket and cook for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
- Serve warm.
