Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
- In another bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Scoop dough into small balls and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Roll warm donut holes in cinnamon sugar.
- Serve immediately.

- Do not overmix the batter for a tender texture.
