Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, brown sugar, milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Spoon batter into greased muffin tin or silicone molds.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
