Description
A quick and easy air fryer quesadilla filled with tender chicken and melted cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 tsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place one tortilla on a flat surface and sprinkle half the cheese evenly.
- Add the shredded chicken and taco seasoning, then top with remaining cheese.
- Cover with the second tortilla and lightly brush or spray with oil.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Remove, let cool slightly, then cut into wedges and serve.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for extra flavor and convenience.
- Add diced bell peppers or onions for extra crunch.
- Serve with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole for dipping.
