Ingredients

- 4 slices thick bread
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp raspberry jam
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese and raspberry jam in a bowl.
- Spread mixture between two slices of bread to make a sandwich.
- Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon in a shallow dish.
- Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place sandwiches in air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.
- Flip sandwiches and cook for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with powdered sugar or syrup.
