Description

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp raspberry jam
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese and raspberry jam in a bowl.
  2. Spread mixture between two slices of bread to make a sandwich.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon in a shallow dish.
  4. Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Place sandwiches in air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.
  7. Flip sandwiches and cook for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with powdered sugar or syrup.
