- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1 cup raspberry jam
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press half the mixture into the bottom of an air fryer-safe pan.
- Spread raspberry jam evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle lemon juice over the jam.
- Top with the remaining crumble mixture.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
