Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Press half the mixture into the bottom of an air fryer-safe pan.
  5. Spread raspberry jam evenly over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle lemon juice over the jam.
  7. Top with the remaining crumble mixture.
  8. Air fry for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool before cutting into bars.
