Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add egg yolk and vanilla extract, then mix well.
- Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place them in the air fryer basket, spaced apart.
- Press your thumb gently into the center of each cookie to make an indentation.
- Fill each thumbprint with about 1/2 tsp raspberry jam.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
- You can use any jam flavor you prefer.
- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- If dough is too sticky, chill it for 15 minutes before shaping.
