Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs pork belly, skin scored
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp five-spice powder (optional)
Instructions
- Pat the pork belly dry with paper towels.
- Rub salt, vinegar, black pepper, and five-spice powder evenly over the meat.
- Place the pork belly in the air fryer, skin side up.
- Cook at 380°F (190°C) for 25 minutes.
- Increase heat to 400°F (200°C) and cook for another 10 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Scoring the skin helps crisp it up.
- Adjust cooking time based on thickness.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure doneness (145°F/63°C).
