Description

Crispy and golden roast potatoes made in an air fryer using goose fat for a rich flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 kg potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp goose fat
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Boil the potatoes for 8 minutes, then drain and let them dry.
  3. Toss the potatoes with goose fat, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  4. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Serve hot.
