Crispy roasted chickpeas made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
  3. Toss chickpeas with olive oil and spices.
  4. Spread chickpeas in air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking basket every 5 minutes.
  6. Let cool before serving.
