Ingredients

- 4 medium potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shake the basket, then cook for another 10 minutes or until crispy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
