- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
- Serve immediately.
