Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Chop the vegetables into even-sized pieces.
- Toss them with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness and serve warm.
