Description
Crispy prosciutto chips flavored with rosemary and honey, made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay prosciutto slices flat in the air fryer basket.
- Drizzle honey evenly over prosciutto.
- Sprinkle chopped rosemary on top.
- Air fry for 5-6 minutes until crispy.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Do not overlap prosciutto slices for even cooking.
- Adjust honey quantity to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
