- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp saffron strands
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add milk, melted butter, saffron, and cardamom powder. Stir well.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Soak saffron in warm milk for better flavor.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Check doneness at 25 minutes to avoid overcooking.
