Description
Crispy and flavorful sage and onion stuffing balls made easily in an air fryer. Perfect as a side dish or appetizer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 cup vegetable stock
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix breadcrumbs, onion, and sage in a bowl.
- Add beaten egg, melted butter, and vegetable stock. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls (about walnut-sized).
- Arrange the stuffing balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use day-old bread for best texture.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
