Description

Crispy and flavorful sage and onion stuffing balls made easily in an air fryer. Perfect as a side dish or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup vegetable stock
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, onion, and sage in a bowl.
  3. Add beaten egg, melted butter, and vegetable stock. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir until well combined.
  5. Shape the mixture into small balls (about walnut-sized).
  6. Arrange the stuffing balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve warm.

  • Use day-old bread for best texture.
