Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb canned salmon, drained
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  3. Brush both sides of each patty with olive oil.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  5. Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove when golden brown and crispy.
