Ingredients

- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Soak potatoes in vinegar for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat dry.
- Toss with oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
- Shake halfway through cooking.
- Serve immediately.
