Description

Crispy and flavorful samosas filled with spiced potatoes and peas, made easily in your air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups boiled potatoes, mashed
  • 1/2 cup peas, boiled
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1012 samosa pastry sheets
  • Water for sealing

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. Add mashed potatoes, peas, coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes, then let the filling cool.
  4. Take a samosa pastry sheet, fold into a cone, and fill with the potato-peas mixture.
  5. Seal the edges with water.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
  7. Place samosas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  9. Serve hot with chutney.

Notes

  • Use fresh peas for better taste.
  • Do not overfill the samosas to prevent breaking.
  • Spray samosas lightly with oil for extra crispiness.
