Description
Crispy and flavorful samosas filled with spiced potatoes and peas, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups boiled potatoes, mashed
- 1/2 cup peas, boiled
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- 10–12 samosa pastry sheets
- Water for sealing
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Add mashed potatoes, peas, coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, then let the filling cool.
- Take a samosa pastry sheet, fold into a cone, and fill with the potato-peas mixture.
- Seal the edges with water.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
- Place samosas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney.
Notes
- Use fresh peas for better taste.
- Do not overfill the samosas to prevent breaking.
- Spray samosas lightly with oil for extra crispiness.
