A quick and easy breakfast burrito with sausage and eggs, made in the air fryer for a crispy texture.
Ingredients

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 lb breakfast sausage
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the sausage in a pan over medium heat until browned, then set aside.
- Scramble the eggs in the same pan, adding salt and pepper.
- Mix the cooked sausage, scrambled eggs, cheese, bell peppers, and onions in a bowl.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the tortillas and roll into burritos.
- Brush the burritos lightly with olive oil.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Notes
- Wrap burritos tightly to prevent filling from falling out.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Add hot sauce or salsa for extra flavor.
