Description

A quick and easy breakfast burrito with sausage and eggs, made in the air fryer for a crispy texture.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 lb breakfast sausage
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a pan over medium heat until browned, then set aside.
  3. Scramble the eggs in the same pan, adding salt and pepper.
  4. Mix the cooked sausage, scrambled eggs, cheese, bell peppers, and onions in a bowl.
  5. Divide the mixture evenly among the tortillas and roll into burritos.
  6. Brush the burritos lightly with olive oil.
  7. Air fry for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
