Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss sweet potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip slices, then cook for another 8-10 minutes until tender.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cook for 1-2 more minutes until melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
