Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 lb (450g) sausage meat
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 egg (for coating)
  • Cooking spray or oil

Instructions

  1. Boil 6 eggs for 7 minutes, then cool and peel them.
  2. Mix sausage meat with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Divide sausage into 6 equal portions.
  4. Flatten each portion and wrap around a boiled egg.
  5. Coat each sausage-wrapped egg in flour.
  6. Dip in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
  7. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  8. Place eggs in air fryer basket, spray with oil.
  9. Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
