- 1 lb (450g) sausage meat
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 egg (for coating)
- Cooking spray or oil
Instructions
- Boil 6 eggs for 7 minutes, then cool and peel them.
- Mix sausage meat with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Divide sausage into 6 equal portions.
- Flatten each portion and wrap around a boiled egg.
- Coat each sausage-wrapped egg in flour.
- Dip in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place eggs in air fryer basket, spray with oil.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
