Ingredients
Scale
- 2 sea bass fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 lemon, sliced (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Pat the sea bass fillets dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil evenly over both sides of the fillets.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until the skin is crispy and the flesh flakes easily.
- Serve with lemon slices.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the fillets.
- Check for doneness by inserting a fork—the flesh should be opaque and flaky.
- For extra crispiness, lightly spray the skin with cooking oil before air frying.
