Description
Crispy sesame chicken bites made easily in your air fryer. A healthier alternative to deep-fried versions with the same delicious flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Dip marinated chicken in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with sesame seeds and black pepper.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot with extra sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
Notes
- For crispier bites, spray lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
- Leftovers stay fresh in the fridge for up to 3 days.
