Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken with soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Dip each chicken piece in cornstarch, then in beaten egg.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray chicken lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
- Serve with steamed rice or vegetables.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
