Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken with soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Dip each chicken piece in cornstarch, then in beaten egg.
  4. Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

  • For extra crispiness, spray chicken lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
