Description

Crispy and flavorful shiitake mushroom chips made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 200g fresh shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Clean the shiitake mushrooms and slice them thinly.
  3. Toss the slices with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Place the mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Remove when golden and crispy.
