Description
Crispy air fryer shrimp with a spicy bang bang sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Dredge shrimp in cornstarch, dip in eggs, then coat with panko.
- Place shrimp in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make bang bang sauce.
- Toss cooked shrimp in sauce or serve on the side.
Notes
- Use large shrimp for best texture.
- Adjust sriracha for desired spice level.
