Crispy air fryer shrimp with a spicy bang bang sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Dredge shrimp in cornstarch, dip in eggs, then coat with panko.
  3. Place shrimp in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make bang bang sauce.
  6. Toss cooked shrimp in sauce or serve on the side.
