- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss the shrimp in the butter mixture until evenly coated.
- Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine to the butter mixture.
- Serve with pasta, rice, or crusty bread.
- Adjust cooking time if using smaller or larger shrimp.
