Quick and easy air fryer shrimp skewers with a delicious marinade.
Ingredients

- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Toss the shrimp in the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers.
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Adjust cooking time based on shrimp size.
- Serve with lemon wedges or dipping sauce.
