A quick and easy twist on classic sloppy joes made in the air fryer for a crispy texture.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, bell pepper, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
- Place patties in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Toast the buns in the air fryer for 2 minutes.
- Assemble the sloppy joes with patties and serve.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crispiness, spray patties lightly with oil.
