Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, bell pepper, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Place patties in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Toast the buns in the air fryer for 2 minutes.
  7. Assemble the sloppy joes with patties and serve.
