- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices cheese (optional)
- Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Divide ground beef into 4 equal portions and roll into balls.
- Place a ball of beef in the air fryer basket and press down firmly with a spatula to form a thin patty.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder on the patty.
- Cook for 4 minutes, flip, then cook for another 4 minutes. Add cheese if desired and cook for 30 seconds more.
- Toast buns in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes if preferred.
- Assemble burgers with your favorite toppings and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use leaner beef if you prefer less fat, but 80/20 works best for flavor.
- Press the patties thin for a crispy edge.
