Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness and cook an additional 2-3 minutes if needed.
- Serve hot.
