Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Cream butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Mix in flour, vanilla, salt, and nuts to form a dough.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Roll warm cookies in powdered sugar, then cool completely.
- Roll in powdered sugar again before serving.
