Ingredients

- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter

- White frosting
- Mini chocolate chips
- Orange food coloring or candy for the nose
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into greased muffin cups, filling halfway.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool, then stack two cakes to form a snowman.
- Frost with white icing and decorate with chocolate chips for eyes and mouth.
- Use orange candy or frosting for the nose.
