Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add molasses, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined.
  5. Roll dough into 1-inch balls, then coat in granulated sugar.
  6. Place cookies in the air fryer basket, spaced apart.
  7. Air fry for 6-8 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
  8. Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
