- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
- 1/2 lime, juiced
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix chickpeas with olive oil, cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Transfer to a bowl and toss with lime juice and cilantro (if using).
- Serve warm.

- For extra crispiness, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Adjust chili powder for desired spice level.
