Quick and easy spicy shrimp tacos made in the air fryer for a crispy texture with minimal oil.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, and salt.
- Place shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes, shaking halfway, until shrimp are pink and crispy.
- Warm tortillas in the air fryer for 30 seconds.
- Assemble tacos with shrimp, cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
Notes
- Adjust cayenne for more or less heat.
- Use flour tortillas if preferred.
- Serve with avocado or sour cream.
