Description

Crispy air fryer rice cakes topped with spicy tuna for a quick and flavorful snack or meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked sushi rice
  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  2. Shape the cooked sushi rice into small patties.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place rice patties in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Top the crispy rice cakes with the spicy tuna mixture.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.

Notes

  • Use day-old rice for better texture.
  • Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
