Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked sushi rice
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Mix tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Shape the cooked sushi rice into small patties.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place rice patties in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Top the crispy rice cakes with the spicy tuna mixture.
- Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Use day-old rice for better texture.
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
- Serve immediately for best crispiness.
