Description

A creamy and cheesy spinach artichoke dip made in the air fryer, served with crispy chips for dipping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe baking dish.
  5. Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Notes

  • Squeeze excess water from spinach to prevent a watery dip.
  • For extra flavor, top with additional shredded cheese before air frying.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
