Description
A creamy and cheesy spinach artichoke dip made in the air fryer, served with crispy chips for dipping.

- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 bag tortilla chips
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe baking dish.
- Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Squeeze excess water from spinach to prevent a watery dip.
- For extra flavor, top with additional shredded cheese before air frying.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
