- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
- Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Stir once halfway through cooking.
- Serve warm with chips, bread, or crackers.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen spinach, but drain excess water.
- Adjust cheese amounts for a richer taste.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
