Description

Juicy chicken breasts stuffed with creamy spinach and artichoke filling, cooked to perfection in an air fryer for a crispy exterior and tender interior.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut through.
  4. Stuff each breast with the spinach-artichoke mixture.
  5. Rub chicken with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Place chicken in air fryer basket, leaving space between pieces.
  7. Cook for 15-18 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use thick chicken breasts for easier stuffing.
  • Secure openings with toothpicks if needed.
  • Check doneness with a meat thermometer.
