- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut through.
- Stuff each breast with the spinach-artichoke mixture.
- Rub chicken with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket, leaving space between pieces.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

- Use thick chicken breasts for easier stuffing.
- Secure openings with toothpicks if needed.
