Description

Juicy chicken breasts stuffed with a creamy spinach and artichoke filling, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut through.
  4. Stuff each breast with the spinach-artichoke mixture.
  5. Brush chicken with olive oil and place in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
