Description

Quick and easy breakfast pockets filled with spinach and feta, cooked in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 4 equal squares.
  3. Mix spinach, feta, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Spoon filling onto one half of each pastry square.
  5. Fold pastry over filling and seal edges with a fork.
  6. Brush tops with beaten egg.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.
