- 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)

Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread chopped spinach evenly over the pastry.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt on top.
- Fold the pastry in half and press edges to seal.
- Cut the folded pastry into 1-inch strips.
- Twist each strip and place in the air fryer basket.
- Brush with egg wash for a golden finish.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
