Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions.
  2. Mix ricotta, spinach, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture.
  4. Spread marinara sauce in the air fryer basket.
  5. Place stuffed shells in the basket.
  6. Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
